Fantastic location in the calm area, so close to supermarket and retail park, B'ham City centre and internet did nt work. A good choice of options for breakfast, lovely coffee, tea, butter, and jam.

Overall a wonderful stay in September. Clean modern facilities in general, absolutely perfect location near the football stadium. And close enough to the pub is shut, supermarket and retail park and St Andrews stadium back garden.
